Congratulated Greg Brownless for zooming into  last week's meeting from his yacht. Also reminded us seafarers of a couple of key rules:
  • Never take bananas on the boat (This comment had a somewhat ruder typo which has been corrected. I'll let your imaginations work it out - Dave)
  • Never whistle as it may change the direction of the wind
  • Don’t pass the salt pot to another crew member
