Changeover – Warren Scobie thanked all those who attended the Changeover celebrations. Apparently the place resembled a chicken coop come Saturday morning.

Club Bylaws – The November AGM will see the club adopting the newly formulated club bylaws. If you want to be involved in drafting these legislative gems, contact Warwick.
Induction- Jason Eves was inducted into the club with the normal fanfare. He will join Community Services and will be mentored by Pat Taylor. Welcome Jason.
Guest Speakers - Karl and Sonya from the Tauranga Art Gallery presented details about their latest project “The Rooms”, a collaborative work with the Elms 4th-24th August. Tauranga Sunrise is supporting one of the rooms and artists taking part. Sonya as the Business Development Manager implored us to think of potential partnerships that could help the TAG raise the extra $500K pa required to keep operational.

Sergeant Session – Simon Beaton was unable to come up with anything original so cast the net wide for dob-ins. Bernie delivered again with President Pat’s confusion between deep heat and sunburn lotion. There was something that Simon saw in a urinal that tickled his pickle, but it “missed by that much”.
