Bill Holland - Mary advises that Bill has undergone a second round of successful surgery and is in good spirits. He is grateful for the support and thoughts of the Club.

K- Valley Adventure Race - This Scavenger Hunt is back again, heaps of fun and far more than a bike race. (Newsworthy too – made page 6 of the Weekend Sun). Get your family, friends or workmates together, piece together the clues and be in to win! Please Share/Like on Facebook if you can. Heaps of prizes including a Mountain Bike kindly donated by Koop’s cycles. Registrations required. www.eventspronto.co.nz/KValley

(Email: events@rotarytaurangaam.club. Warren 027 692 7736, Rhonda 027 496 7328)

If you are not up to cycling, they are also looking for volunteers to help out on the day.

K-Valley Project Update -Ian Burns has been the club’s K Valley man for as long as most of us can remember. He took the opportunity to briefly run through the project developments and plans for the area.

Heart Foundation Appeal – We are not required this year! Should we feel jilted? Heartbroken?

Rotary Youth Exchange ProgrammeDavid Robinson is on the lookout for potential outgoing candidates and Inbound hosting families for next year. Let him know if you can help with either.

Pauline Cowens - well done everybody for keeping to the roster! A gentle reminder that some duties require the member to arrive slightly before the Grace.

St Patricks Day will be celebrated by the Club on the 15th if that’s not too Irish. Wear your favourite flavour of orange or green.

RYPEN– 15-17th March. If you can possibly help out for this annual event even for part of the weekend, please let David Robinson or Stephen Dorrington know. Police checking needs to get underway now. David and Pat are road showing the event to the funding clubs this week.
